A house-care nurse is accused of punching a wheelchair-sure lady inside an East Hills house in November.
Maleeta Irvin, 34, is charged with easy assault following the incident.
In an account that police say the sufferer gave to a different nurse, the sufferer stated when her husband was out of the room of their Park Hill Drive house, Irvin pointed her tongue out at her, pointed her finger in her face, and allegedly stated “You’re gonna get it, you’re gonna get it.”
In that very same account, the spouse stated Irvin later hit her within the face repeatedly, inflicting bruising, swelling and scratches.
The sufferer stated Irvin then sat on the sofa and help, “I informed you you have been gonna get it and I gave it to you.”
In an account the sufferer later gave on to police, she stated that Irvin grabbed her face and began hitting her and, referring to the sufferer’s husband, allegedly stated, “He’s gonna consider me earlier than he believes you.”
When the husband and one other nurse found what occurred and spoke with the sufferer, they notified officers.
Irvin was issued a summons within the case and is due in courtroom in January.
